Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
